WARRANITIES
All Products are sold with
the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty
period and service vary by each manufacturer
and Product.
Payment Methods
/ Billing
We accept MasterCard, Visa,
Discover and Debit cards with the Visa or
MasterCard logo.
Products scheduled to ship
within 30 days of the order date will be
charged in full at the time the order is
placed. Products with estimated ship dates
outside 30 days of the order date will be
charged 50% at the time of the order, with
the remaining balance charged when the order
is shipped.
Sales Tax
lighting-depot.com will
only collect sales tax on orders shipped
to the state of Minnesota.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and handling within
the continental United States is free of
charge** Please contact Customer Service
for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping
costs. Shipping date(s) will be e-mailed
to you once the order is placed with shipping
details to follow once the product(s) have
been sent. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are
not satisfied with your purchase, return
it and Lighting-Depot.com will issue you
a credit for your next purchase. The following
terms and conditions apply:
1. Returns
will not be accepted beyond 21 days from
the delivery date of the product.
2. Merchandise
eligible for return must be new, unused,
and unaltered. Products must contain all
of the original packaging and accessories.
Items not in original condition will not
be accepted for return.
3. A 25%
restock charge will be deducted from the
final credit on any returns.
4. Shipping
costs (insurance required) on returns are
the responsibility of the customer.
5. A Return
Authorization Number is required prior to
returning any merchandise. Contact Customer
Service to get your RMA. NO RETURNS WILL
BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA
6. Include
the RMA number on the packing slip.
7. Ship

Cancellations
Orders that have not been
shipped may be cancelled with no penalty.
If you need to cancel an order please contact
Customer Service as soon as possible. Please
note that in some cases it is not always
possible to retrieve an order and prevent
it from shipping, in these cases your order
will be subject to our return policy.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive any damaged
merchandise please notify the carrier and
Lighting-Depot.com Customer Service within
24 hours of delivery. Lighting-Depot.com
will pay any return shipping fees for items
that are received damaged.
**SHIPPING AND
DELIVERY**
Orders below $200 dollars are subject to
a $15 dollar shipping and handling charge.
